FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What are your locations and service times?

    North Campus | Sunday 9, 10:15, & 11:30 AM

South Campus | Sunday 10 AM

  • What should I wear?

You can wear anything you like! At the North Campus, you’ll feel right at home in a pair of jeans and your favorite shirt, but you won’t feel out of place if you’d prefer to wear your “Sunday best.”

Our South Campus is more traditional—in worship and in dress—but you won’t be out of place in “business casual.” We’re glad you’ve chosen to join us for worship, so come as you are!

  • Where do I go?

On the North Campus, look for the big blue WELCOME sign above the doors! Our North Campus is located between Harper Volkswagen and The Gem Store on Kingston Pike, and our main entrance is closer to Harper.

On the South Campus, drive behind the building and enter under the awning.

Once you are inside, Guest Services is the place to be! Our greeters can help direct you to the welcome area, and if you’re visiting with us for the first time, we’ll have a gift for you there!

  • Where do my kids go?

Children in preschool and younger can be dropped off in our Cokesbury Kids spaces.

On the North Campus, this is right inside the front doors.

On the South Campus, our kids’ spaces are located just outside of the sanctuary. Kids in elementary school and older will go with their parents to worship. They’ll remain with their parents throughout the service on the South Campus.

On the North Campus, Cokesbury Kids (Kindergarten through 4th grade) are dismissed before the sermon for a special lesson and activities just for them.

5th and 6th-grade students are dismissed before the sermon for Fifty-Six, with worship, games, and small groups.

Kids of all ages check in at the Kiosks in the Cokesbury Kids space, and Cokesbury Students check in with our team in Guest Services.

  • What are the services like?

At Cokesbury, we offer both Contemporary and Traditional worship.

Worship on our North Campus is upbeat, boisterous and bold. These contemporary services challenge us to go deeper in our faith with Jesus. At our contemporary services you have the freedom to worship God with your hands raised, your dancing shoes on, and a heart ready to be drawn into His presence.

The South Campus offers a traditional service that embraces modern technology while giving a nod to the past – blending many styles and forms of music, video, scripture, and ritual.  At the center of traditional worship is a relevant, challenging message brought to you each week by one of our pastors.
